2 Cooper Square | Luxury Rental Tower
Client Overview
2 Cooper Square is a 144-unit luxury rental tower in NoHo/Bowery, NYC, boasting a stellar downtown location at the nexus of the vibrant East and West Villages.
Challenge
Working with Rose Associates, we were asked to redesign 2 Cooper Square's website and conduct a rebrand, including identity design, to promote its exclusive luxury rental offering and highlight its signature amenities, one being a stunning rooftop pool and deck.
Solution
We infused the new website and logo with a pleasing balance of grittiness and panache to pay homage to the property's location in the once rough and tumble historic Bowery, at the same time appealing to the style and vibrancy of its upscale professional and celebrity tenants.
Result
There was a significant increase in absorption velocity for these exclusive luxury units which were already priced at the high end of the market.
